49% garnacha negra, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 16% Cariñena.
Properties of more than 15 years of age, located in ScalaDei, La Morera del Montsant, Poboleda and Vilella Alta.
Pomace maceration -fermentation during 28 days.
Fermentation at 24-30º (controlled temperature)


Aged in barrels of american oak (5%) and french oak (95%) during 12 months. Ageing in bottle during two years.
Intense cherry color. good intense aroma with ripe fruit and fine roasting presence (tofee), vanilla notes and a mineral hint. Full and tasty in mouth, tannic.
Consumption: next three years.
Wine without filtering. Due to its concentration, precipitates may be found.
