67,8% Garnacha negra, 6,3 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 14,8% Merlot, 5,10%Syrah, Carignan 6%.
Selection of vines placed in the villages Scala Dei, La Morera del Montsant, Poboleda and Vilella Alta
Maceration- fermentation with skins for 14 days
Fermentation at 22º - 28º C (under temperature control). 15% of the wine makes the malolactic fermentation in barrique.
Conservation in tank on fine lies for 8 months.
Red intense colour with purple tones , powerful flavour of red bush fruits and spicy aromas, with some notes of hazelnut. Round and fresh in the mouth, easy to drink for a Priorat.
Drink within the next two years.
