Fermentation at 15o – 18o C. in stainless steel tanks.
Kept on lies for four months
Yelow gold colour, intense flavour of tropical fruits, banana and apricot, some fine notes of mint. A gliceric wine that fills your mouth. The acidity is very well-blanced and it has a nice backflavour.
Drink within the next two years.
