Origin: Fully elaborated from the Xarel•lo variety, selected from the best vineyards of Font-Rubí (Alt Penedés).
Process: Cold soaking and fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Appearance: Brilliant, yellow-coloured, limed.
Nose: Intense bouquet, ripped fruit, with tropical bouquet - pinneapple, lichy-elegant.
Palate: Great taste due to the soaking process, exotic finishing live acidity, Citric finishings.
