Following the most stringent environmental controls are made from indigenous varieties from Penedès, being chosen each of the most suitable growing area.
Cupaje: 35% Macabeo, Parellada 35% and 30% Xarel.lo.
Process:
After performing the cupaje, bottled and stored in our cellars to conduct the 2 nd fermentation, making foam and aged for a minimum of 15 months. Is subsequently removed and the disgorgement to remove the dregs of the 2 nd fermentation.

Alcoholic content: 11,5% Ac. Volátil: 0,21 gr/l.
Sugar: 8 gr / l.
