Gran Reserva Ferret Rosé

Serving Temperature: 6º-8º

Origin: Made from red Garnacha, each being carefully selected from the best vineyard sites in Penedès.

Process: After blending, selected yeasts are added and the wine is bottled and sent 15m below ground to our cellers. Here it is aged for a minimum of 36 months, at a constant temperature of 14º. During this time the second fermentation takes place. Finally when the cava is ready the lees are removed through the process of "degüelle". This Brut Nature Gran Reserve Rosé does not contain any sweetening dosage. Its unique bouquet is achieved purely through the blend and the ageing period in bottles.

Appearance: Pale garnet red, with an abundance of fine bubbles forming an elegant crown on the rim.

Nose: Quite intense nose of red fruits, with a toasted note.

Palate: Dry, with well balanced acidity. Smooth, with integrated fine bubbles and red fruits developing on the palate. It has a delicate hint of toasted almonds in the length.
