Cava Brut Reserva
Alcohol by volume: 11.5%
Drinking temperature: 6 – 8º C
Origin: D. O. CAVA, in the ALT PENEDÈS district
Varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada
Production process: The process begins with a blending of the ideal percentage of wines according to the year’s harvest, which is then drawn off for the second fermentation in the bottle, where it is left to settle in our cellars at a constant temperature of 14º for a minimum of 20 months. After this time it is stirred and disgorged to remove the lees from the second fermentation.
Sugar: 8 Gr/L.
Appearance: Bright, straw-yellow colour with shades of green, with fine, well-released bubbles, forming a
fantastic crown.
Aroma: Slight and interesting sensation of an aged wine, with pleasant fruity and floral aromas.
Aftertaste: Very pleasant in the mouth, light, well-balanced, tasty, mild, with an agreeable bubbly feel;
good persistence; a note of fruit and flowers in harmony with the mature notes; an aftertaste that invites you to
keep tasting; a slightly pleasant finish.
