Cava Rosé

Origin: D. O. CAVA, in the ALT PENEDÈS district.
Varieties: Garnatxa, Trepat and Monastrell.
Production process: The process begins with a blending of the ideal percentage of wines according to the year’s harvest, which is then drawn off for the second fermentation in the bottle, where it is left to settle in our cellars at a constant temperature of 14º during a time of until 15 months. After this time it is stirred and disgorged to remove the lees from the second fermentation.
Sugar: 8 Gr./L.
Appearance: A Pink/Red Bright colour, with fine, well-released bubbles, forming a fantastic and homogeneous crown.
Aroma: Interesting nice fruit aromas, with notes of mature grape.
Aftertaste: Very pleasant, good structure in Mouth, wide Mouth sensation, just presence of carbonic, fresh,
balanced, good persistence retro nasal.
