Annolia
Elaboration process: A wine made with organic Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed quickly and carefully in the winery, following by pressing and cold debourbage for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 14-16ºC to obtain a wine with a more floral profile. Once the fermentation process has ended, the wine is aged on lees in the tank for 2 months to obtain an ample, rounded mouthfeel.
Tasting Note: Yellow in colour and with gold glints, Annolia has a clean aroma of tropical fruits such as pineapple or mango. This is a fresh, balanced wine with a pleasing acidity and persistent aftertaste in which the aroma of pineapple is picked up again in the retronasal passage. The ideal drinking temperature is 8ºC.
