Aroma: Intense aroma of white pepper and Berries, notes of nuts, with balsamic and mineral notes

Taste:  Finesse, spaciousness and very elegant, fresh, fruit persistent and mineral.

Temperature to drink: Between 14º and 16º C.

PAIRING: All kinds of meats, but ideal with rice, pasta, creamy cheeses and blue fish
