Varieties: 60% Garnacha negra, 20% Merlot, 10% Samsó, 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil: Slate soil and clay with silex soil.
Vinification: Manual harvest in cases of 20kg. Cold maceration of 48hours and traditional maceration during 26 days, fermenting between 26ºC and 30ºC. Aging during 12 months in French oak barrels. Final aging in bottles of 24 months.

Consumption: This wine will show a fine evolution during 8 years after vintage date. Unfiltered wine. Decant before serving.
Tasting notes: Cherry colour, smoked aromas and vainilla notes from the oak, flavours of very ripe fruits, round and expressive in to the mouth, very ripe and velvety tannins, long and persistent.
