Elaboration process:

Rosado, de mínima intervención, sin sulfitos ni aditivos añadidos y con uva procedente de viñedos ecológicos.

• Variedades: 100% Merlot.
• Graduación: 11,5%vol.

Tasting Note:

Very intense rosé colour with bluish tones, clean nose with notes of pomegranate and berries. Lively and very refreshing carbon dioxide that creates a beautiful pink foam, with aromas of strawberry and citrus fruits.

Ideal as an aperitif. Also goes well with seafood paella, cheeses and white meats.
