Elaboration process: traditional method, second fermentation in bottle. Minimum ageing of 12 months.
Tasting Note:
Cherry-coloured. With an intense aroma of red fruit that has strong strawberry and raspberry notes and a very subtle floral finish. A fine and sustained, bubbly mouthfeel, accompanied by a fresh entry that grows in volume in the mouth, ending in an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness.
