Pale yellow in colour, with gold glints. The nose is clean and laden with fruit, combining aromas of white fruit and aromatic touches of peach, fine pastry and roasted nuts. With a fine, creamy carbonic release that is well integrated into the product and a well-balanced acidity. With a pleasing and persistent mouthfeel that leaves a final aftertaste of fruit. A long, persistent finish that invites you to continue enjoying the taste.
