TASTING NOTES:

Appearance: Fine persistent bubbles that form a crown on the rim, nice dark pinkish tones.

Aroma: Clean, light, intense red fruit on nose, really nice.

Aftertaste: Medium Dry, with balanced acidity, rich and full in flavour,  It has a good fruit intensity, balanced between acidity, alcohol and bubbles, log finish

Pairing: Almost all kind al food and ideal to taste it with a nice partner
