Appearance: Fine persistent bubbles that form a crown on the rim, clean and crisp, pinkish tones,

Aroma: Clean, high intensity, Aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes, tertiary aromas of the ageing on the lees which give it more syrupy features.

Aftertaste: Very full in the mouth, splendid bubble sensation that fills the whole palate, Long finish and great elegance.

Pairing: Is perhaps the most recommended variety for consumption during the summer because it is lightweight and combines with all kinds of salads and seafood dishes, aperitif and deserts too.
