Elaboration process: A wine made entirely with organic Xarel·lo grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and crushed and then undergo a pre- fermentation film maceration process at 10ºC for about 5 hours to extract the varietal aromas. Gentle pressing and debourbage for 24 hours. Fermentation at 15-17ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wine is subjected to a short ageing process on fine lees in the same tank for 4 months in order to gain complexity and volume in the mouth.

Tasting Notes:
With its soft yellow colour, Il·lusió has aromas of white fruit and certain notes of flowers and fennel. It has a fresh and lush mouthfeel, correct acidity and a persistent and very pleasing aftertaste. The ideal drinking temperature is between 6 and 8ºC.
