Reserva Dom
Elaboration process: A red wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah grapes. Vinified in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC-27ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation process is carried out in the same tank and it is transferred to French oak casks where it is stored for one year. Once bottled, it is left in the bottle for two years.
Tasting Note:
Cherry-red in colour, DOM offers us aromas of spiced jam made with black fruit and aromas associated with ageing in casks, with smoky or vanilla notes.
With respect to the mouthfeel, it is a wine with a marked structure that tastes of silky tannins and has a persistent aftertaste.
The ideal drinking temperature is 17ºC.
