Portium Red
Elaboration process: A young red wine made with Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. Varieties vinified separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22–25ºC, previously macerated in cold conditions to extract the red fruit aromas. A wine that is not aged in casks.
Tasting Notes:
Dark cherry-red in colour with spiced aromas of jam made with black fruit such as figs and with balsamic notes. Portium red wine is a structured wine with silky tannins and a persistent aftertaste. The ideal drinking temperature is 18ºC.
