Taranna

Elaboration process: A wine made with organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Harvested by hand and vinified by varieties. As soon as the grapes reach the winery, they are destemmed and gently crushed and then placed in a stainless steel tank where they are fermented at a temperature between 22 and 25ºC. They are then subjected to malolactic fermentation in the same tank, followed by a semi-ageing period of 6 months in French oak casks, to give the wine complexity, freshness and a fruity taste and bring out its “Tarannà” (true character).

Tasting Note:
Cherry-red in colour, the single-varietal Tarannà has aromas of jam made with dark fruit such as figs. In the mouth, it has a marked structure with rounded tannins and an astringent note. It has a very intense mouthfeel. The ideal drinking temperature is 18ºC.
