Tasting Note:
Straw yellow in colour with gold glints and brilliant tones. Aromas of white ripe fruit that change to green walnuts, fennel, honey and pastry. An elegant and ample mouthfeel with a fresh vivacity. Fine, creamy bubbles thanks to the long ageing process.
